What guarantee do you offer when hiring domestic staff?
We offer a 9- to 12-month warranty, depending on the type of service contracted. If the selected person doesn't adapt during this time, we'll replace them at no additional cost.
How do you check employee references?
Each candidate goes through a rigorous selection process, during which we directly contact their previous employers to verify their experience, references, and level of commitment.
What is the average time to select the right person?
The time depends on the profile requested, but the process typically takes between 3 and 7 business days. We always work to find the right person as quickly as possible.
What languages do the nannies and caregivers speak?
Many of our nannies and caregivers are bilingual in English and Spanish, which facilitates communication and learning in a second language for children.
How is salary established and what is included in the service?
Salary depends on the type of service (live-in, live-out, or hourly) and the employee's experience. Generally, live-in workers with references and experience command salaries from €1,200–€1,300 for 14 installments. Our agency charges a fee equivalent to one month's salary for placement, including a security deposit.
Can employees work internally or externally according to my needs?
Yes, we have positions available for in-house, out-of-house, hourly, or part-time positions, adapting to your lifestyle and the tasks you need to cover at home or at work.
